If you have a deadline, let me know as soon as you can so I can work with you to meet it. Open communication makes a huge difference to keep us on track.
Wherever possible, book in a little earlier than you think you need to - it gives us a little breathing room in case we need to make adjustments.

Light can be your best friend or biggest enemy - early morning and late afternoon are must haves. Once the light is bright past mid-morning and into the early afternoon, especially if your livestock are dark in colour, the results may not match your goals.
The less stress for us and the animals is always the goal - having them settled and calm and in place for the shoot is a great start.

Clean livestock make great photographic subjects! The less dirt, manure and dust on them, the better. Having your animals clean can equal less editing costs.
Select your location for photos where the sun will be behind me (your photographer) and is on level ground. Clean, uncluttered backgrounds are best with no farm equipment feeders, or
